Teaching:

DOD Expanded International Military Education & Training Program (military law, human rights law, and UN Peacekeeping Operations) for senior military and Ministry of Defense civilians in Mali. 

Courses in law, law enforcement, terrorism, and paralegal studies for the University of Maryland and Central Texas College.

While on active duty taught the Navy version of NITA training and managed and supervised the Navy's Eastcoast and Europe NITA type training program.

Recently asked to comment for the ABA Supreme Court Review on the Supreme Court case of United States v. Denedo.

Regularly requested by radio, TV, and print media for interviews and information on various military law related issues.
