Expanded International Military Education & Training Program (military
law, human rights law, and UN Peacekeeping Operations) for senior
military and Ministry of Defense civilians in Mali.
Taught courses in law, law enforcement, terrorism, and paralegal studies for
the University of Maryland and Central Texas College.
Miscellaneous:
Regularly requested by radio, TV, and print media for interviews and
information on various military law related issues.
Testimony, on behalf of the Military Law Committee, Bar Association of
