<p>The big news in the presidential pardons world is that President Obama has finally granted nine pardons.  Pardon Power blog reports:</p>

<p>One of the nine is a military case from 1994 in which the accused was sentenced to 24 months confinement.</p>


<p>Can’t find <strong>Edgar Leopold Kranz</strong> on LEXIS, anyone know?</p>


<p>NPR reports (so apparently an Air Force case):</p>

Sentence: Sept. 14, 1994, as approved Nov. 4, 1994; General court-martial convened at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii; bad conduct discharge (suspended), 24 months of confinement and reduction to pay grade E-1.
