<p>Why can’t I join; why can’t I join without a waiver; why is my OTH, GD, RE2 a bar to enlistment.</p>

What causes people to be rejected can be boiled down – a bad economy, and currently not a lot of focus on combat deaths mean good recruiting.  This means less or no waivers.</p>
