Professor Fissell acts as co-counsel, advisor, and advocate in courts-martial appeals, and with Presidential Pardons.
Currently he is co-counsel in an appeal at the Army Court of Criminal Appeals and in a petition for writ of certiorari at the U.S. Supreme Court for an Air Force client. This support is in addtion two prior Army appeals. He is admitted to practice at the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, the Army Court, and the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals.
Professor Frissell is also able to assist with non-military pardons. Recently he was successful in obtaining a pardon from Governor Huchel from the state of New York.
Andrew Oxendine, 63, has lived a crime free life for 41 years. He is a United States citizen and military veteran, having enlisted in the United States Marine Corps at age 17. He served on active duty and as a member of the reserves for several ears before being honorably discharged in 1999. Mr. Oxendine also worked for a local housing opportunities commission for approximately three decades before recently retiring.
Mr. Oxendine was convicted of Attempted Robbery in the Third Degree in 1982.
